• Please note that while all domestic orders include shipping and handling, we are not currently set up to calculate international shipping rates. If you place an order destined for any country other than the United States, you hereby agree to pay an additional US$10.00 for all orders to Canada or Mexico, and US$15.00 for all other countries.
